Building Set-Up
The Darby House will be available for deliveries one hour before an event is scheduled to begin. All deliveries should be coordinated with our staff to avoid confusion. Special delivery times must be cleared through our Event Coordinator before the date of the event.
Alcohol
The Darby House is a licensed facility for alcoholic beverages. Therefore, it is illegal for any alcohol to be brought on the premises. Darby House must be contracted to provide any alcoholic beverages for an event. The Darby House reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any overly intoxicated person, or anyguest that appears to be under the legal drinking age. 
Beverages
Coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and water are served with all meals. Any other beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) must be contracted for service prior to the event. Please consult our Event Coordinator to make those arrangements.
Food
Any food for an event must be purchased through the Darby House unless prior approval has been given. The menus list a number of selections available for an event. Any menu may be custom tailored to fit special events. Our team of professional chefs has numerous years of experience in the culinary field and are all certified in food handling. A total of two entrees may be chosen for a served dinner. Guests must have a name card or ticket that clearly marks their menu selection. Special diet menus can be arranged for any guest prior to an event date. Vegetarian menus are also available by request.
Decorating
Arrangements for any decorations or centerpieces being brought into the facility should be discussed with our event coordinator prior to an event. Certain restrictions may apply when it comes to hanging banners or other decorations within the facility. Please note that any candles being used for a centerpiece must be contained within a hurricane globe or within a votive holder. Any wax that damages a table linen could result in replacement costs payable by the client.
Parking
Parking is located on the grounds and is free of charge. Attendants are available at each function to direct guests to the designated parking area. Valet parking is available at an additional charge. Please consult our event coordinator for any further information.
Banquet Furnishings
The Darby House provides the following for up to 250 people at no additional cost
A large selection of assorted sized tables
Padded white wooden chairs
White floor length linens and napkins
Fine white china, silver plated flatware, and crystal stem ware (excluding picnic functions)
Additional items are available on a rental basis. Please consult our Event Coordinator for any special meals including colored linens or napkins.
Recreational Facilities
All of our facilities are open for use in connection with the Darby House. Please call our staff for pricing information
Surrounding the Darby House is a nine hole executive golf course. Equipped with 18 tees, the golf course is available for a challenging round of golf during a planned outing, a sunny day picnic, orto wrap up a day of business meeting.
Also available is a swimming pool, complete with changing areas, a built-in patio and service area for food and beverage, tennis court, and volleyball set-up.
Adjacent to our Patio is a landing where we launch our 36 foot pontoon boat to explore some of Darby Dan Farm's beauty along the shores of Darby Creek. The pontoon boat can seat up to 24 passengers, perfect during cocktail hour for an outdoor picnic.
